Spring Yoga Nap Dates

IMG_4490Join me for Yoga Nap at Om My Yoga! The spring dates are:

Sunday, April 22

Sunday, May 20

Sunday, June 24

Each class is 2:30-3:30pm. Yoga Nap begins with restorative poses to start the relaxation process. The second half of class is Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice also known as yogic sleep. Students leave Yoga Nap feeling rested and refreshed!
